Surveillance or Recording Devices
Security Cameras are located through out the property. These are for your security as well as ours. No Cameras are located with-in the interior of the tiny house while in use by renters.
Dangerous Animals
We have bee hives located at the back of the property, please allow them their space. You are in the woods, bugs and animals live in the woods. Be mindful and take precautions when storing food items outside.
Pool or Jacuzzi with Fence, Gate, or Lock
We have a 15' x 4" easy set pool located behind the tiny house.
Nearby Lake, River, or Body of Water
The property has a 30 acre private lake, which can be accessed from the dock. We ask that you return the canoes and kayaks to the racks upon leaving. Fishing is allowed , but swimming is not.
